Thank you for all your lovely feedback!
We carried out a survey with all the clients who came to see us at Illume during a couple of weeks in March.
We are delighted with the results and we’d like to shout about them!
96% of our clients said they would recommend us to friends and family.
We know that a significant proportion of our new clients come from personal referral so we were really pleased to see that figure. And we also know that some said they felt they couldn’t refer us because they travel from London or South Wales to see us!
We were even more pleased by the comments made but then we know that our clients are a very special bunch of people.
